The SKIALP TÚRY - Roháče application serves as an aid for orientation in the terrain and as a warning against the possible release of an avalanche. The views are based on the description of the tours according to the publication S. Klaučo: Selection of ski and ski mountaineering tours, published by HIK. o.z., High Tatras in 2017 and from a consultation with ski mountaineering instructor S. Melek. The main function of the application is checking the users position in the field using the GPS function. If the user deviates from the recommended route zone, the application warns him with a sound signal. The user can thus check his position and go back and continue in the recommended exit direction, or convention. The user can start or stop the position check after displaying the tour by pressing the button at the bottom right. In case of deviating from the recommended vicinity of the ascent/ski route, an audible signal will sound. The signal will sound until the user returns to the recommended vicinity of the ascent/ski route. This function of the application will enable orientation, especially when visibility is impaired. The maps show parts of the route zones with different slopes, the significance of which for the release of the avalanche by the user depends on the declared level of avalanche danger. However, the slope of the sliding layer of the avalanche, due to the variety of snow deposition, may differ locally from the slope of the slope indicated in the application, which was determined on the basis of the state map work - the raster equivalent of the base map 1:10,000. Therefore, it is only a warning about the possible danger in the given place ascent or descent. Movement in high mountain terrain is dangerous and the occurrence of an avalanche or other natural phenomena due to force majeure can cause injury or death in other places during the hike! The goal of displaying the slopes of the slope is to make the user aware that during the hike he will pass through avalanche terrain with an increased probability of avalanche release and to give up such a hike and not enter dangerous places. When entering the declared avalanche level, the user is alerted to the fact that his route may also be threatened by spontaneous avalanches from the surrounding slopes. In addition to the underlying map, the application displays:1. The users location and route.2. Route line - it is a route - the direction of the most frequently used ascent or descent on a particular hike. The actual track in the field usually differs from this line.3. Route zone - it is the most frequently skied area around the route line, or its surroundings most often used during the ascent by turns of the ascent track.4. Parts of the slopes according to the steepness of the terrain and its significance for avalanche release, depending on the declared level of avalanche danger. We wish the users of the application many beautiful experiences on ski mountaineering tours.
